Honolulu Clinic Expands Movement-Based Foot Pain Management Services
Honolulu, United States – June 3, 2026 / Dynamic Stretch Therapy /
HONOLULU, HI, June 1, 2026 — Dynamic Stretch Therapy announced the launch of a structured plantar fasciitis support program, incorporating kinesiology taping, mobility assessment, and recovery-focused treatment workflows for clients managing heel pain, arch discomfort, and movement limitations.
The update follows continued demand for non-invasive foot pain support among active adults, workers who spend long periods standing, and Honolulu residents managing recurring discomfort linked to repetitive stress, footwear patterns, and lower-leg mobility restrictions.
“Clients often arrive with foot pain that is connected to more than one movement pattern,” said Andrew Escudero, Certified Fascial Stretch Specialist at Dynamic Stretch Therapy. “The updated program allows us to assess calf tension, ankle mobility, gait mechanics, and arch support needs within a more consistent treatment workflow.”
The program includes kinesiology taping applications designed to support the foot arch and reduce strain on irritated tissue during walking, training, and daily activity. Taping is incorporated as part of a broader session structure rather than as a standalone treatment.
Dynamic Stretch Therapy also evaluates contributing factors such as calf tightness, Achilles tendon tension, restricted ankle mobility, hip mobility limitations, and gait mechanics. These assessments support more consistent documentation and help guide session planning across follow-up visits.
Additional treatment options may include Fascial Stretch Therapy, IASTM blading, muscle flossing, cupping, and mobility work. The combined workflow is intended to support movement quality, manage soft tissue restrictions, and provide structured recovery guidance for clients with recurring plantar fascia-related discomfort.
The clinic reported that common client patterns include morning heel pain, arch discomfort after standing, training-related foot irritation, and recurring symptoms among runners, hikers, fitness participants, hospitality workers, and others who spend extended time on hard surfaces.
Dynamic Stretch Therapy stated that it will continue refining its movement-based recovery programs as demand increases for structured, non-invasive support models focused on mobility, soft tissue management, and long-term movement planning.
